First new member service launched

The Institute of Materials, Mining and Metallurgy has launched its Careers Development Service website, the first new member service of the merged Institute.

The Careers Development Service has been established to provide Institute members with support for their careers, in the form of help, information and advice for job seeking and during periods of unemployment. The Careers Development Service website gives members access to relevant information as well as allowing them to post details of their experience and career preferences on the site, which will then be searched by potential employers to match their vacancies. The service is free of charge to members, and can be accessed via the members area of this site. Click here to enter.

Employers can view information about the Careers Development Service on the service's main home page at www.iom-careers.org.uk.
